The whole story affected the Rebbe's health, on Shabbos Parshas Devorim, the Rebbe was obviously not well, during the Haftorah, even those who were standing very close could hardly hear, (R' Binyomin Klein was standing behind the Rebbe and crying the whole Haftorah).
